Summary

WPSecure wallpaper deployment helps organizations run robust internal marketing by promoting the company’s objectives, products and services to employees using desktop wallpapers. WPsecure wallpapers increase employee engagement with the company’s goals and foster brand advocacy.

Unlike traditional wallpaper deployment platforms that have expensive and complicated Server and Client components, the WPSecure wallpaper deployment process does not have any backend server infrastructure or databases. It is much simple and more effective by all measures.

WPSecure wallpaper deployment is an Application Packaging service that produces a digitally signed Microsoft Installer (MSI) package; a package that contains your encrypted wallpaper files. The package comes ready for deployment to the Windows 10 and Windows 7 fleet. The only involvement of the Information Technology team would be to deploy the digitally signed Microsoft Installer (MSI) package.

Organizations could use software deployment tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Symantec Altiris or other Cloud-based deployment platforms like Microsoft Intune to deploy the digitally signed Microsoft Installer (MSI) package.

This document will take the reader through the process of creating a request and deploying the final Microsoft Installer file (MSI) containing the encrypted wallpapers to the Windows 10 and Windows 7 fleet.
